✦ Certificate of Authenticity

What You Own When
You Buy on Anaruh

Every purchase comes with a full commercial license and a verified Certificate of Authenticity. Here's exactly what that means.

What Does "Exclusive" Actually Mean?

When a cover is marked Exclusive on Anaruh, it means one thing above all: the moment you purchase it, it is permanently removed from the shop and will never be sold to any other artist — ever.

1
One buyer, ever
Once sold, the design is locked. No one else can purchase or use it.
Permanent ownership
Your license never expires. You own the commercial rights forever.
Verified certificate
Every design gets a Certificate of Authenticity with a unique code and QR.

Note on non-exclusive platforms:Many sites sell the same artwork to hundreds of artists. On those platforms, your “$5 cover” might already be on 300 other releases. Anaruh's exclusive model guarantees that will never happen here.

Your Rights at a Glance

Your purchase grants a perpetual, worldwide, commercial license for the artwork.

  • Release a single, EP, or full album with this artwork
  • Use it on physical copies — CDs, vinyl, cassettes
  • Use it for merchandise related to the release — posters, t-shirts, etc.
  • Share it on social media for promotional purposes
  • Use it in music videos and lyric videos for the released track

✕ You Cannot

  • Use the cover for a different artist, band name, or album unrelated to the purchase
  • Sub-license the artwork — your purchase is personal and non-transferable
  • Remove the Certificate of Authenticity link or dispute ownership

The Certificate of Authenticity

Every design on Anaruh — from the moment it's published — gets a unique digital Certificate of Authenticity. Think of it as the title deed to your artwork.

01

Created on publish

When a designer uploads a cover, a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) is automatically generated with a unique code. The certificate is public and confirms the artwork exists and is available.

02

Assigned to you on purchase

The moment you complete your purchase, the certificate is permanently linked to your account. Your artist name and track title are recorded in the certificate. The design is simultaneously removed from the shop.

03

Your proof of ownership

Your certificate is always accessible from your account dashboard under Certificates. It contains the original artwork, your name, the transaction date, and a QR code that links to the verified public record on Anaruh.

04

Optional: make it public

By default your certificate is private. You can choose to make it public from your dashboard — this links your track name, music platform links, and artist profile to the certificate, helping fans discover your music.

Why the Certificate Matters

🔒

Proof of exclusivity

If anyone ever challenges whether your cover is truly original, you can point to a time-stamped, publicly verifiable record on Anaruh. The certificate is your evidence.

🎨

Designer attribution

The certificate maintains a permanent link to the original designer, giving them the recognition they deserve while confirming you are the legal owner of the commercial rights.

🌐

Public record

Once you choose to make it public, your certificate becomes a discoverable page where fans can see the artwork, your track name, and links to your music — free promotion.

💼

Business credibility

Labels, distributors, and sync licensing agencies may ask about ownership of artwork. Your Anaruh certificate is a verifiable, professional document of your ownership.
